  Pizza is decent, not the best. Salads aren't the best quality. Prices are a little high for the quality. But they deliver so the 4 stars

  First off, I'm not bitter. If you dealt with what I did and was served the food I was, I'd hope you'd speak up for yourself. When I first found the hair (THAT WAS BAKED INTO MY PIZZA, NOT PLACED ON) I called them first, not for a refund, it was so they know what came out of their kitchen so it doesn't happen again! I was told to come in with said slice, so I did. When I got there the only one that wasn't a complete jackass was the women I first spoke to. She agreed there was NO WAY IT WASN'T BAKED IN! You could very well be as judgemental and racist as most of the people I meet here in Belchertown and think because I look a certain I must be out to get over on someone but you, like them, are wrong! I will add that the very next day, I did get a phone call from Melissa. She apologized for how she and her employees acted and said she could easily see why I was upset. In fact, she said she was so upset by her actions it kept her from a good night's rest. We had a nice conversation and I agreed to take down all the reviews because I'm a person who can forgive and I know stuff happens... However, I didn't know this one was still here until a friend told me it was today. I came here to delete it but thanks to you, I think I'll just keep this right here. :)
  
  THIS PLACE DOESN'T DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR!!!! I called The Belchertown Pizza Shop because I found a hair baked into my pizza, I was told to bring the pizza into the store so something could be done. The first person I spoke to said she could see how the hair was baked into the pizza and couldn't be placed on to the pizza. The second person to look at the slice said are you sure someone else didn't put the hair there.... are freaking kidding me!? It's obvious the hair was baked into the pizza, part of it was under the chicken and cheese! The next guy to check it out pulled the hair out of the pizza, took him a few tries too. He said he wasn't going to deny the hair was there but he couldn't do anything about it an gave me the phone number to the owner, Melissa. This deplorable women says, I had no right going to her store making a scene! First off, I was told to go to the store and secondly, I wasn't making a scene. I didn't get a refund and was told by Melissa she was calling the cops, this was after I left the shop! While I was there I seen one of the kids making the food, he flipped the bacon, took out the fries, touching this and that then goes to make grinders with unwashed hands! The place is disgusting and the owner I spoke with was awful! NEVER ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN! YOU'RE MAKING PIZZA, IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!
